Filter Pad

A Filter Pad is a flat, porous sheet used in filtration systems to separate solids from liquids or air. It is typically made from layers of non-woven fabric, felt, or synthetic fibers, and is designed to trap fine particles while allowing clean fluid or air to pass through.
The unfiltered fluid or air flows through the filter pad, where suspended particles are captured on or within the pad’s layers. These pads can be used as pre-filters or final filters, depending on the application and required filtration level.
🔹 Pharmaceuticals & Chemicals – For clarification, particle removal, and sterile filtration
🔹 Food & Beverage Industry – For filtering syrups, oils, juices, wine, and more
🔹 Water Treatment Plants – As part of multi-stage filtration systems
🔹Air Filtration Systems – To remove fine dust in HVAC and cleanroom environments
🔹 Industrial Machinery – For coolant filtration and oil filtration
